Our aluminium pastes are based on application-specific, standard aluminium powders. They are wettable, therefore they can be transported safely, used without any concerns and processed with no dust formation in the simplest conditions. In addition, specially modified products are available with the use of other additives. Bound in different ethylene glycol alcohols and other solvents, these pastes impress with great advantages in dosing, dispersing and transport.

In the construction materials industry
Aerated concrete, an autoclaved material with high porosity, is manufactured using a small amount of aluminium paste as a reaction additive. The aluminium serves as an expansion tool. The raw material mixture for the manufacture of aerated concrete, a thin mortar of ground sand, burnt lime, cement and water, contains the evenly distributed tiny aluminium particles, which cause the formation of hydrogen gas in the form of numerous small bubbles in the mixture, turning it into a highly porous foam. For the different raw density classes of aerated concrete products modified aluminium pastes are used, which are mainly distinguished by their grain size distributions.
